Filing guarantee

What Vistolane guarantees, and what no one can

Correct documents and on-time filing when your papers reach us by the agreed deadline. The visa decision belongs to the authority and is never guaranteed.

How the guarantee works

Step 1
Two dates before you pay
The document deadline and the filing date are shown at checkout, set from the authority's published window. Appointment slots stay with the consulate and are never guaranteed.
Step 2
Documents in on time, we file on time
Every page is checked for correctness within one working day; the file is lodged within the promised window or the service fee is refunded in full.
Step 3
Delays pause the guarantee, and we tell you
Late, incomplete or illegible documents and missed appointments take the filing guarantee off the table; the platform notifies you the same day with the new window and keeps working the file.
